Born and brought up in Dubai, have researched the Arab world for the past 19 years.
My career started with Nielsen where I mastered the art of data mining and research programming. Have spent time working with well-known researchers in the Middle East and specialize in Customer Satisfaction Studies. Besides co-inventing Dimensions’ Business Decision Matrix model, enjoy working on brand equity and new concept developments.
I hold an MBA degree from the US and have been lecturing on the subject of Consumer Behavior at University campus. I have also lectured as a guest speaker at many Universities around Dubai. Experience encompasses focus groups, concept and product testing, consumer satisfaction, awareness and usage, positioning, segmentation, advertising and brand tracking, pricing, product and line optimization.
